These Terms apply to the Amogh USB Camera app and its online service, provided by Amogh AI CCTV. By using the App you agree to them.
1. The service
The App lets you view, photograph, record and stream video from a USB (UVC) camera on an Android phone and run AI features on the phone. It works only with cameras and phones that support USB OTG and the UVC standard; we cannot promise every camera will work.
2. Your account
You log in with your own mobile number and are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share OTPs.
3. Lawful use
You must follow all laws about video recording, privacy and data protection. Do not record people where it is not allowed. Get consent before enrolling anyone's face. You alone are responsible for what you record, stream and store.
4. AI results
Motion, face, people, vehicle, plate and counting results are automatic estimates and can be wrong. Do not rely on them alone for safety, legal or money decisions.
5. Live stream
The live stream has no password and is meant for your own private Wi-Fi network. Do not expose it to the internet.
6. Availability
We try to keep the online service running but do not guarantee it will always be available. Camera viewing and recording work on the phone without our servers once you are logged in.
7. Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Amogh AI CCTV is not liable for loss of recordings, data, business or any indirect loss.
8. Ending use
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
9. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
